Filter Replacement

When the airflow is < 70% of that of a new filter, replace the old one.

• HEPA replacement: remove the shell, take out and replace the HEPA. HEPA should be replaced every 1,000~2,000 accumulative hours. When installing the HEPA, the fastener of the HEPA must be directed at the fastener of the unit, otherwise the shell cannot be tightened

• The active carbon filter can absorb chemical gases, but it is very thin and can easily get saturated, therefore it should be replaced every 100~200 accumulative hours. For newly decorated rooms, replace it every week.

Warranty

• 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. For problems caused by design, manufacturing or transportation from factory, free repair or replacement will be provided.
• If the user is unable to provide a valid proof of purchase, the warranty period should be extended by 3 months from the date of production shown on the unit.
• If the product is damaged due to inappropriate use or storage, or the sticker wad torn off, there will be a charge for repair or replacement.
